We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option typically delivers within 5-7 business days after order processing. This is the most economical option for our customers.
- Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping that usually arrives within 2-3 business days.
- Express Shipping: For urgent deliveries, we offer an express shipping option that guarantees arrival within 1-2 business days after processing.
The delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping address, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your location. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We periodically offer promotions with free shipping on certain orders or items, which will be indicated during checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience a delay in processing. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
4. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are calculated based on the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders may vary, and customs delays may occur.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or returns, for which you will be responsible for the additional shipping fees. We recommend double-checking your address before completing your order.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier has picked up the package.
7. Shipping Restrictions
