At ModPariz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our Refund and Returns Policy provides clear guidelines for returning or exchanging products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Be returned within 30 days of receiving the item.

Certain items, such as perishable goods, customized products, or opened products, are not eligible for return.

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Refund Processing Time

9. Gift Returns
