At ModPariz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our Refund and Returns Policy provides clear guidelines for returning or exchanging products.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Be returned within 30 days of receiving the item.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, customized products, or opened products, are not eligible for return.

4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference. Be sure to keep the original packaging and take pictures of the damaged item for verification.
6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is processed and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
8. Late Returns
Any returns made after the 30-day return period may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
9. Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return or exchange it, the same return policy applies. The original purchaser will be notified of the refund.
